  1. ‘The Happiness Trap’ has become Acceptance and Commitment Therapy by incorporating some Buddhist basics. Jon Kabat-Zinn borrows heavily also, in his mindfulness movement. Now another psychologist has wound back scientific understanding by some 2500yrs. The original exponent is still the best – read Stephen Levine on how to live each day as if it’s your last!
